
I feel like I learned alot in my last Culinary Foundations lab. The group I was in worked together well and that was a plus. My homework this week was to make a risotto at home so off to WholeFoods I went to get to get the supplies I needed. The risotto I did was alot like the one we did in class minus the broth and the pea sprouts. In my dish I sauteed two differant types of mushrooms Button and Shataki with Garlic.Then followed all the steps that were in my head from the other day in class. I think it turned out pretty good!I served it with grilled chicken and a medley of stirfried veggies.My family really liked it and that is what pleases me.Hope you like it,John...
