Week 5 - Roast week

I found that roasting a chicken was fairly easy untill it comes time to get the temp in order for the meat to be perfect.I had fun doing it and it was a fun week in class other than my horrible idea for a presentation.I guess that is how we learn.Have a good week and I will see you all on thursday...John.

week 4 Frying...

So before the end of class last week I did not hear Chef Tim say anything about a blog. So I decided to do it anyways. Last week went really well it went so well that I am a little worried about todays class.Mid term here I come.I hope you all have a good week!!John..
